Gaming Realms expands international reach with new distribution deal

(Sharecast News) - Gaming Realms on Wednesday signed a new distribution agreement with gaming content provider and distribution platform Relax Gaming Group.
The three-year agreement will see Gaming Realms' Slingo content go live with Relax Gaming "in the coming weeks", with the AIM traded company receiving a share of the revenue generated from gaming operators adopting its Slingo games via Relax Gaming's distribution platform.

Patrick Southon, chief executive of Gaming Realms, said: "Relax Gaming has built a platform that is growing its international reach and has excellent distribution into the Nordic region, where there is a large gaming market. This will give us access to a new audience of gaming sites and opens up a large market for our Slingo content, which continues to grow in popularity."

The distributor holds licences from bodies including Malta Gaming Authority, Alderney Gambling Control Commission, the UK Gambling Commission and the Romanian National Gaming Office, as well as supporting regulated markets such as Denmark, Sweden, Estonia and Latvia.

The Relax Gaming platform provides access to more than 350 casino brands and a roster of over 570 casino games

Daniel Eskola, chief executive at Relax Gaming, said: "It was an easy decision to sign the agreement with Gaming Realm's Slingo as we look to take on the most engaging content from third-parties. We are building a compelling proposition for operators and providers alike, with a rich portfolio of games delivered on the basis of commercial transparency."

Gaming Realms' shares were unchanged at 5.60p at 1348 BST.
